Chloe L. Pineiro is an associate attorney in AVILA’s Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions department, as well as the Banking & Financial Services practice. She works alongside practice leaders and senior counsel to advance clients’ interests.  

Chloe works on a variety of corporate law matters, such as drafting and reviewing contracts, legal memorandums, operating agreements, and shareholders agreements.  

Prior to joining AVILA, Chloe worked as a law clerk for a corporate law firm in Miami, Florida, where she gained hands-on experience in drafting various operating agreements, trademark infringement correspondence, general releases and non-disclosure agreements, and a wide range of memoranda and contracts. She also worked at AVILA as a law clerk during her third year of law school.   

Chloe graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she consistently achieved high honors and Dean’s List designations. She also completed a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Public Relations. While in law school, Chloe served as the Executive Training and Morale Editor of the FIU Law Review, and as a team member on the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocacy. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
