Assisted in the representation of a foreign client against an international banking institution in a federal court matter involving unauthorized fraudulent wire transfers from the client’s account totaling almost $500,000. On the eve of the trial, the defendant reached a resolution involving the return of the principal amount, plus payment of attorney’s fees and costs.
