Jennifer Hernandez represents corporate clients in a wide range of business disputes in federal and state court, before various arbitration panels, and in federal and state appellate courts. She focuses her practice on property disputes and real estate litigation, and advises clients on risk assessment, litigation avoidance, pre-litigation strategies, e-discovery, and complex discovery. Prior to joining AVILA, Ms. Hernandez was an associate at an established local firm where she represented clients in a broad array of litigation transactions, including breach of contracts, defending putative class actions, compelling litigation to arbitration pursuant to collective bargaining agreements, and sitting second chair in multiple trials and arbitrations. Ms. Hernandez has been named to the Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list since 2014 and is a board member for the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Miami, and an active member of the Dade County Bar Association.
