Juan Carlos Cura has over 30 years of experience in a variety of real estate transactions, representing Buyers and Sellers in both residential and commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, including high-end and complex individual and corporate real estate sales and purchases. Mr. Cura has represented several financial institutions such as Banco do Brasil-Americas and Interaudi Bank  as lender’s counsel, in preparation of their lending documents and loan closing management and supervision. Mr. Cura has also significant experience in the area of leasing and represents landlord and tenants on leasing commercial and residential properties. In addition thereto, Mr. Cura has a wide range of experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, with an emphasis in representing foreign clients that are buying, selling, leasing and/or investing in the U.S. real estate market. Mr. Cura is certified by the State of Florida as a circuit court civil mediator and has served as Special Master for the City of Miami in different hearing forums, from 1998-2018.
