Daniela Barshel is an attorney in AVILA’s Immigration practice, where she counsels individuals and corporations on all aspects of immigration law.
Ms. Barshel brings nearly a decade of experience in immigration, having handled a wide variety of immigration matters, including employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, EB-5 investments, and I-9 compliance. She also handles family-based sponsorships, inadmissibility waivers, and citizenship cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Barshel was an attorney at international, national, and local law firms practicing exclusively immigration law. Before practicing law, Daniela worked at an immigration nonprofit organization.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, magna cum laude, from American University and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
