Daniel is a senior counsel in AVILA’s Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use practice, where he focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Daniel has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has also represented landlords and tenants on various lease transactions, and has worked alongside institutional and private lenders on real estate loan transactions.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, and completed a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, at the University of Miami School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
