Daniel is an associate in AVILA’s Real Estate practice. Prior to joining AVILA, he gained hands on experience handling transactional real estate matters, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, and property due diligence. He also has a background in real estate brokerage, having managed transactions and client portfolios in South Florida.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024 and his LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami in 2025. He brings a practical, business-minded approach to legal matters, shaped by his experience in both the legal and real estate sectors.
