Manny Rodriguez, a partner in AVILA’s Corporate Practice, attended the annual conference of the Association of Trade and Forfaiting in the Americas (ATFA) held in San Francisco. ATFA promotes best practices of global trade finance in the Americas and its membership includes banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, law firms and various corporations actively involved in Trade Finance.
