Dan Mena, a partner in AVILA’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice, was a speaker on a panel that addressed pre-law students at Florida International University. The event was organized by Dr. Rebecca Salokar, Chair of the Department of Politics and International Relations, who has implemented a university-wide pre-law program known as “PLATO” (Pre-Law Advising and Training Office). Mr. Mena earned his BA in Political Science from FIU in 1992 and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.
