AVILA welcomes back Chris Avila, an associate in the Corporate Practice who recently completed a secondment with the General Counsel’s office of G4S at the company’s headquarters in London. He gained valuable experience working with G4S’ subsidiaries in Asia and the Middle East and on projects concerning the structure of the company’s approximately 800 subsidiaries, as well as assisting with vendor contracts.
