AVILA announces the addition of a new attorney, Laercio Guimaraes, to the firm’s Tax, Trusts and Estates Practice. Mr. Guimaraes focuses his practice in taxation, trusts, and estate planning with an emphasis on international estate planning, cross-border tax transfers, tax treaty planning, FATCA, inbound and outbound investment structuring, and assisting clients with tax and succession laws to meet objectives in a tax efficient manner.
