Andrew ‘Andy’ Beaulieu is an associate in AVILA’s Litigation & Arbitration practice, where he counsels clients on a wide range of business disputes.  

Mr. Beaulieu offers strategic and practical solutions to efficiently meet clients’ needs. He represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of litigation, in both state and federal courts. As a strong legal advocate for his clients, he pursues the best course of action and is experienced in dispute resolution and arbitration matters.  

Prior to joining AVILA, Mr. Beaulieu served as law clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also gained significant litigation experience as an associate at a boutique firm in Miami, where he focused his practice on commercial litigation and worked closely with business clients and entrepreneurs in a variety of practice areas.  

Mr. Beaulieu earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from American University in Washington, D.C. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law in 2013, where he graduated cum laude and earned the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Legal Communication and Research. He also took part in the school’s Academic Achievement Program as a Dean’s Fellow in Civil Procedure and served as a member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board, participating in competitions across the country in his second and third years.
