AVILA’s Corporate and Financial Services Group represented BAC Florida Bank in its acquisition by Banco Bradesco S.A. The execution of the Share Purchase Agreement was announced on May 6th and the closing of the transaction remains subject to required regulatory approvals in Brazil and the U.S. The AVILA team was led by partners Alcides Avila and Javier A.
