AVILA announced the addition of a new attorney, Jennifer Hernandez, to the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice. She will be representing corporate clients in a wide range of business disputes in federal and state court, and in arbitration, including real estate litigation. Ms. Hernandez also has experience advising clients on per-litigation strategies, e-discovery, and complex discovery.
