Nadia Ennaji is an associate in AVILA’s Commercial Litigation practice, where she represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of complex litigation matters.   

Ms. Ennaji has significant legal experience in commercial and business litigation, as well as insurance defense. In her current role, she represents foreign and domestic clients and investors in all aspects of business and commercial disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, and injunctions. 

Prior to joining AVILA, Ms. Ennaji worked at a boutique commercial and business litigation firm. She gained significant litigation experience as an associate at a regional litigation firm, handling a mix of insurance defense and commercial litigation. 

While in law school, Ms. Ennaji was a teacher assistant and taught seminars on Contract Law to first year law students.  She was a senior associate editor of the Law Review, as well as a moot court advocate for the Jessup International Law Moot Court. She participated in the Moot Court Regionals competition in New Orleans in 2017.   

A keen advocate, Ms. Ennaji has been a judge for the Jessup International Law Moot Court every year since her graduation. She was also a recipient of the Bennett Scholarships and attended the International Advanced Advocacy program at the prestigious Oxford University in England in the summer of 2022.  

She earned a Bachelor of Law in Belgium and a Master’s degree in International Law from City University, London. Ms. Ennaji went on to complete her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University. She is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia.  She is fluent in English and French.
