Elena Ortiz is an associate in AVILA’s Corporate and Financial Services Group. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, general corporate matters, regulatory matters involving depository, non-depository and international financial institutions, among others.
Prior to joining AVILA, Elena was an associate in the corporate practice of a large international firm. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School Of Law in May 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University in 2012.
